We have all experienced injuries.

From trips and falls, to car crashes, to simply banging your head on the door of your vehicle's boot. While these bangs and bruises may fade from our daily memory, our bodies can hold tightly onto the impacts, eventually leading to pain and restricted movement as our coordination and balance is now functioning less efficiently.

Contact CARE provides a comfortable, non-intrusive and supportive method for balancing the body to its new normal. It is not manipulative nor do we cause pain. We always move to comfort.

During a session, you can expect to be listened to and observed as your body shows the story your mind is telling. To be treated as an individual with very real issues and to be comfortable and understood.

If you are experiencing pain, discomfort, reduced movement, lack of co-ordination, and being unbalanced, this may be for you.
